STOCK

In the eventual and unlikely case of stocks depletion of some of the products requested by the client, Florería Pétalos reserves the right to refuse the order, informing the client of the inability to attend the order.

DELIVERY DIFFICULTIES

Difficulty to Deliver the Order: In the event of difficulties in the delivery of the order due to an incorrect address or absence of persons in the provided address, Florería Pétalos will contact the client to coordinate the delivery in other place.

WARRANTY

All our products have warranty. Changes will be accepted within 24 hours of the reception of the product. If the product arrived in bad conditions, Florería Pétalos Hill pick it up from the address of delivery and will change it with a product in excellent conditions within the 6 following hours of the reception of the change request.

PRICES

Our prices are consigned in US Dollars and in Nuevos Soles, including taxes. The cost of the delivery service will have an extra charge depending on the destination.

REPLACEMENT

Floral arrangements are made by hand and for this reason they could never exist two identical arrangements. Professional florists make their best effort to make your order similar to the image you have chosen.
In some cases, it could be possible that the stock or floral reserve of a city or geographic area does not have some of the flowers announced in our web page, in which case are carefully replaced with other of the same or higher price.
This is a common practice of worldwide professional florists. We will always keep the value and integrity of the chosen products.
Roses will never be replaced with other flowers or floral products.

GENERAL RULES:

From Monday to Friday: Orders made before 2 pm (Peruvian time) are sent the same day. Orders made after 2 pm must have a confirmation from Florería Pétalos ratifying that the delivery can be made the same day, otherwise, it will be sent the following working day.
Saturdays: Orders made before 12 pm are sent the same day. Orders made after 12 pm must have a confirmation from Florería Pétalos ratifying that the delivery can be made the same day, otherwise, it will be sent the following working day.

HOLIDAYS

Pétalos Florería takes care with the orders and especially on holidays. It is important to make your order in advance to be able to coordinate the timely delivery of your order. Furthermore, we will announce the delivery schedules when holidays are near.
